Missouri Statewide Incentive Bill
A Missouri statewide film incentive bill passed in 2023. This is a $16M ($8 Million for film / $8M for Episodic) annual cap program with 20-42% transferrable tax credit possible.

State of Kansas
State of Kansas film incentives are inactive at this time but a bill was put forward that garnered support in the 2023 legislative session. There will be another push for a Kansas statewide incentive program in the 2024 legislative session that begins in January.
